Can I ship items to more than one destination?
No/Yes. You are allowed one destination per order but you can come back again and again to order as many times as you like.

Can I ship items outside of the United States?
We only ship within the United States at this time.

Do I have to register to shop?
No/Yes. For the convenience of our customers, registering is not required. However, if you are a health care practitioner wanting to buy bulk quantities at wholesale, you will need to call our office to register. Please review the Professional Log In and Privacy Policy sections of this website.

Do I have to input my billing information and shipping address every time I shop at Higher Ground Health Products?
Yes. Higher Ground Health Products does not store your billing information, shipping addresses or credit card information so you will be required to input this information each time you make a purchase. We do this for the protection of personal your information.

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. You can order on the website, by fax or by phone. Please see the Phone & Fax Orders section of this website to print an order form.

What if I don’t want to order over the Internet?
If you are hesitant about placing your order online, we would like to offer you three alternative methods: Over the Phone, via Fax or by Mail. Please see the Phone & Fax Orders section of this website for details and to print an order form.

How long does it take to receive items?
We usually ship items within 48 hours of order placement. Shipping times vary depending on destination location. Please review the Shipping Information section of this website.

Is it safe to use my credit card to make purchases at Higher Ground Health Products?
Yes. Higher Ground Health Products uses a secure shopping system that protects the use of your credit card. Also, Higher Ground Health Products does not store your credit card number in our database, providing you with further protection. Please review the Privacy Policy section of this website.

What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return any unopened products to us. We will be happy to exchange your product for another Higher Ground product or refund your credit card less shipping and handling costs. If your order is damaged in shipment, contact us immediately and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase less shipping and handling costs. This must be done within 30 days of the shipment date.
